Chef Dan McDonald's passion for food and catering and his wife Megan McDonald's exceptional front of house skills inspired them to start boutique catering company Heirloom Catering. Dan has been a chef for over 15 years and catered for many events small and large over the years as well as working as head chef for a variety of restaurants around Melbourne. Megan has also been in the industry for over 15 years as a front of house manager and catering manager and brings to the business years of experience managing successful events and functions.
Megan and Dan and their team manage the events and functions for Maroondah Sports Club as well as the everyday management of the in-house restaurant. They only use the very best locally sourced produce and are always experimenting with new and evolving culinary trends. They look forward to working with new and existing customers and delivering a successful and memorable function.
